Yolanda (Sabella) Fontes Passed away on Friday March 29.  Yolanda was born and raised in Somerville, MA.  She was predeceased by her Husband, Joseph Henry Fontes.  Yolanda, or Linda as many friends and family knew her, was a loving Wife, Sister, Mother, Aunt, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. Yolanda loved spending time at the Senior Center in Somerville, MA where she spent many years playing Bingo, going to events and luncheons and dinners with her Sister, Louise.  Yolanda spent the last 3 years at the Hanover Hill Health Care Center in Manchester, NH where she loved participating in activities, dining in the lovely dining room and attending the 'sing-a-longs'.  The Nurses and all of the Staff were exceptional there and cared for her as if she were a member of their family.  We are so grateful to them! Yolanda is survived by her Sister, Louise Sabella, of Somerville, MA, her Son Joseph Fontes and his wife Wanda Tomlinson of Manchester, NH, her Daughter Linda Burns and Husband John of Surprise Arizona, her Granddaughter Jessica Thorp and Husband Larry of Portsmouth, NH, Grandson Joshua Fontes and wife Denna and her two Great Granddaughters, Lilliana and Nayeli Fontes, all from Mesa, Arizona.  Yolanda also had a Grandson, Gregory Burns who sadly passed away but was always in her heart.  She also is survived by many, Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces and Great Nephews who she also loved dearly.  Yolanda loved spending time with her family and was most happy when visiting with with them, just chatting and drinking coffee.  She was 95 years young and will be dearly missed by all.  Vistation will be held from the Cota Funeral Home, NORTH READING at Reading line on rte. 28 on Wednesday April 3rd from 10:30am to 11:30am followed by a prayer service at 11:30am.  Relatives and friends are kindly invited.  Interment at Woodlawn cemetery.  In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Little Sisters of the Poor on 186 Highland Ave, Somerville, MA 02143 or to Saint Catherine's church in Somerville MA.
